Wrong assessment. People in Maharashtra prefers to watch their favourite sports in Marathi and Bengalis love watching in Bangla. Bengal has a sports culture. We have genuine sports commentator unlike other regions where cringe DJ's who knows chicken wings about sports comes to commentate.

People in Bengal doesn't know Bangla being available for KKR's matches on Star Sports 1.

Ironically, Star Utsav Movies is not on Top 5. So IPL on DD FreeDish doesn't work?

1stly Star Utsav Movies is not airing all matches and 2ndly as i have stated before this data showcases overall top 5 channels from different regions.... Once u deep dive into more segmented data then one can understand performance of all channels in true sense...Star Utsav Movies would be getting very good ratings in hindi movies genre largely from DD Free Dish & rest from Pay TV Platforms, IPL matches certainly will provide it more positive momentum
