Looks like they are taking video stream from any other dth and to hide the other dth logo they have zoomed the picture thats why the scoreboard looks zoomed and the overall picture is pixelated.

I agree. Picture quality is very bad for an HD channel. i have contacted them on twitter and they said it is a technical issue. Should be fine in a jiffy
