Stb burnt what to do

Been using d2h from 3 years. Suddenly the stb is burnt due to power fluctuations. When i call d2h they say technical person visit will cost rs200. Don't know how much more for repair. What is best way that i get new stb as replacement

Yes,you will need to pay Rs 200 (for engineer) + Rs 200 (for STB replacement....There is no any other way to replace ur stb but please try to get in touch with a dealer and try to get a replacement at low cost....You can contact amd register a complaint at customercare you will need to pay Rs 400 for replacement...

Yes. SD to HD, HD to 4K upgrade offers are there in d2h.
