I have an Airtel HD DVR and no matter if I recharge my account with My Airtel App, Paytm or Free Recharge, I do get payment confirmation via SMS but so far I never received any notification/message in my STB. Though all details like amount, due date etc is available in My Airtel App but when I check "my account" menu in STB all it shows is "Account Balance on Not Available, Account Due Date : Not Available". Why is it so?
