Strange issue with Tata Sky app - Plz help

I have been using Tata Sky app on my Realme 6 Pro for almost 1 year flawlessly. I haven't recently updated or tweaked my phone's software.
Since last week, I am unable to use this app all of sudden with error flashing as shown in accompanying screenshot.
I have tried all tricks repeatedly such as clear cache, clear data, allowing of all permissions, allowing of auto start, uninstallation, downgrade to lower version etc without any success. I can't even start this app to put my registered mobile no.
Customerer service is not helpful as this problem is at not their end.
There is no problem with phone and it's working normally.
is there any solution?

Same problem I'm also facing bro since last 2 updates . I thought its my device issue but now i think as you're also facing it so its an bug from Tatasky after Update.

I request all Tata Sky users facing this problem to reply here. We can direct Tata Sky's Customer Care's attention towards this thread so that they will acknowledge this issue and take necessary action. I am just fed up trying to convince them.

Bro just try opening the app after 12 midnight . Its working or not tell me today . For me after posting here it worked at early morning . Now it's not working again.
