Strong tp to set tata sky old setupbox 2018 model

Is 11510 H 32720 at 83 degree east is correct and strong TP to set tata sky old setup box 2018 card model. It uses single universal lnb (not super lnb) . Or we have to set on another TP. As setup box is not operated from past 1 year.
Any offer from tata sky for set top box not used for 1 year??
