I think officially TS is having 1 day lock-in period because in every advt & posters it's mentioned at the bottom that minimum subscription period is one day. May be due to bug in their online portal channels can be removed anytime.

I had posted about this with screenshot some weeks back.

Also on home channel it's advertised that channels can be added and removed as per customers requirement.

So pls don't say it's bug.

You may be right, but as of now that's the latest information. And there is No bug, That Information is confirmed by CC itself
