Here in Bengal we are very reluctant to changes ..And dont think bengalees will look beyond star jalsha or zee bangla now.

I m 1000% sure, they can never beat SJ & ZB, we bengalis are very much addicted with this 2 channels only. I can see, Sun Bangla's future will be as like Sony Marathi & Zee Keralam in their perspective region. In future, it's ratings will be lesser than Aakash Aath & Colors Bangla too.

Colors Bangla has no original content?
Of course, they air few hindi dubbed shows but no. of original shows are more like Prothom Protishruti, Manasha, Sri Chaitanya, Arobya Rajani, Jahanara, Khonar Bochon, Nishir Dak etc all are original contents.

I liked Chuni Panna very much when it was only for 5 minutes (10-10:05pm).

Even Zee Bangla took nine years to overtake Star Jalsha. Jalsha was No. 1 continuously from 2009 to 2018. So Bangla viewers very much stick to their particular preferred channel.
This is true anywhere. Zee Marathi and Asianet are not losing their monopolies any time soon. Sony Marathi and Zee Keralam have bleak prospects.

Sun Bangla fb page is created just today only. But few post of this page has gotten 5K, 1K likes. It is really a great achievement for a new unlaunched channel.

I think Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi is stronger in monopoly than Bengali.In Bengali atleast Zee bangla beated Star jalsha, also Earlier Star jalsha could beat the leader before their Launch. But in those 3 languages only one leader always.

I think conquering Colors bangla is not a difficult task because they had less ratings. And its easy to defeat Sony aath and Akash aath.
