At least Sony Marathi has a future of some kind. Sony Aath doesn't. A better comparison will be against Aakash Aath (or Rupashi Bangla to start with).

The fact remains that Sun Bangla has a steep hill to climb. There are channels from the 3 big networks as well as a non-performing channel from another big network (i.e., Sony Aath). Also, the two small GECs (Aakash and Rupashi) that have continued to fight the battle.

I know sony aath is not that kind of channel. But I blame them for not re-branding it as a Gec channel. Even Sun from South is going to launch a gec in north Sony is just sleeping with aath.
