This reminds me of a famous incident, which was also taken in a haste.... ( as SUN had to add SIX forcefully)
........while with Siti Cable, a decade ago, the Zee owned Siticable was having its usual problems with ESS.
With FIFA World cup 1st match to start ( no signs of ESS), just 30 mins before, a European sports channel was added illegally on d cable, for viewers to d enjoy the match :win
