SUN DIRECT Mobile app is not getting well as it shows App is run time error. why ടം ? I uninstalled and installed again. But same error

App is working but while selecting or viewing chanel details suddenly showing error as runtime error. Then suddenly App is closing itself. I uninstalled and installed the appseveral times but Same error showing . Moreover i Tv while viewing channels Signal suddenly disappear and came at the same time. Periodically happening though such channe strength is upto 70%

But now signal Problem in TV. while viewing channel Sundenly signal going. Seconds Later Signal coming. ocasionally happening this. why ?
