Note : don't recharge denominations Sun direct ₹ 200, 200,300, 500, 1000 for ncf packs or dpo packs balence goes to main balance to sun direct account , recharge small amount denominations to buy addons at present from the main balance customers can take addons ala-carte channels, brodcaster bouquets if dpo packs ,or ncf pack active status using my sun direct app from the main balance dpo packs or by mistake wrong denominations for example tamil customer need tamil dpo 1 ₹ 199 by mistake recharged ₹ 225 telugu dpo 1 pack will activate automatically retailers can change to tamil pack upgrade option using Rbuzz reseller web application and also sun direct customer care people

Bengali DPO 1 is damn cheap considering we don't have to pay separately for its NCF. However the HD version of the same pack is a little bit costly.

Kannada DPO 1 is just 220. But it lags adding many kannada channels apart from its network like
1. zee pichar,
2. Zee kannada HD
3. Raj music
4. Raj news
5. Power TV
6. Tv5 kannada
7. Ayush TV

This is very important. I made that mistake recently. Malayalam DPO 1 price is 219, but as a rounded figure I recharged rs.220 into main balance. And they auto renewed my validity with Kannada DPO 1 pack. Now the problem solved through customer care.
In Paytm there is option to choose plans, but in other apps like Amazon pay, G pay we can only add money to account. If that denomination is matching with other packs, it got activated.
Especially in this lock down period we should be careful.
