Seeking Help Sun Direct E048-32 No signal error

From morning few channels like star suverna , vasanth tv , marasu tv , colors kannada ,news first kannada etc are getting display like e048-32 No signal.Please check antenna or cable connection.

While others channels are running properly.
If cable issue or antenna issue all channels should not come.
Is any one else facing this issue.
Tried auto scan and manual scan also but issue still persist.
I am trying to call customer care but it's busy and not getting connected.
Kindly let me know if any suggestions.

several Malayalam and Tamil channels affected. Called sunshine center staff and he told it will come by today evening. they are performing updates like that.

Can u pls update.. when can we expect resolution for E 32 error in some HD channels.. i switched from HD package to SD package.. and it's been like a month.. now. No update from sundirect.

I too have deactivated HD channels. Is there any solution to this problem?

I have no signal fr newly added TP 12396H34000 . All others are ok. So how I have to change antenna to fit at correct91.5. Now some channels shows O Signal but video getting well.. in TP 12396H34000 Signal shows 70% 60 % 35% ete but no video.
