SunDirect already waived off NCF for all available 145 FTA channels and also NCF on Pay Channels what more do you expect from them??

Once again I would like to tell this waiver is not useful for 80% of subscribers.
First of all as per the current pricing of pay channels majority will not cross 100 channels mark. Before that itself our pocket starts burning
Second case of FTA channels alone. We can take 75 channels within 130 NCF.FTA channel population mainly consist news or news oriented entertainment channels. A person from anywhere will not want not more than average 50 FTA channels. So channels selection will not cross 100 here also. So next slab of 25 channels is useless here also.Especially SD provide least number of FTA channels.
3rd case those who go for a lot number of channels for those 20 rupees waiver is not a big thing. As SD is used by ordinary people such category is less.
So this waiver not gives users any relief.

Only benefit with most users is, they don't have to go through FTA list and handpick the required ones.

Why can't I select bouquet channels in Sundirect choose your channel section in web and app?

I think sun will go for negotiations in bouquets price(atleast Sun network) so that they are still not disclosing bouquet price anywhere. Upto now they just copied same ala carte price for individual channels. Likewise they can do it for bouquets.Also many channels aren't available in Sun. So chances for discounts exist.

Now addition of channels is not important. first they make the new traiprocedure in tact. though Consumer corner added, it seen not added bonguette channel Pack. After finishingall theseconnected formalities, then add new channels. Now adding new channels is not generate good income .

Think from the perspective of prospective customers from next month.
As price is no longer a differentiator, they will choose that DTH which has more channels of their liking. So channel addition is all the more important now than before.

our Selection is only wanted channels e ither in SD or HD. Notall 600 channels

Not all 600 channels, Only 34 hd channels they are charging 153+ 320 - 473 rs !

3 days to go and customer care is still confident and asking to recharge with existing ones. One of my connection expired on Jan 26 and I'm still waiting for packages to release.

I guess they might upgrade users to similar pack, they may surprise us on feb 1
