The situation is horrible. Complete mess. The CC has no clue. They even don't know 2 new channels added yesterday and 2 channels removed.

I recharged with HD Prime Malayalam Package of 290rs for 1 month. Nodal team tell that this HD pack is available only for this month, soon they will remove it. So last chance to subscribe it

but still channels are not added in sd,but in other dth they are adding.in sd many fta channels itself missing.

Sun updated ala carte rates but addon bouquets remains old. Also they added a base pack of NCF.So from this provision I made a cost efficient way to choose channel.But I don't know how valid it is since that can be removed anytime.Some examples
Case 1 Those who want all tamil channels
As per new system cost is
NCF-130 +Sun bouquet 40+ Star value 25+Other pay channels, total cost will exceed 200rs without tax.
Instead we choose NCF base pack 130 + Tamil jodi(includes most pay channels) 30 = 170rs
Case 2 All Malayalam channels
New system
NCF 130 + Star value 39 +Sun Kerala basic 20 + News 18 .25 =190
Instead we choose NCF +Malayalam jodi 30 =160rs.
*all price excluding tax.

I asked NCF + Old addon package not possible, so continue with basic packages , NCF will be heavy loss
