Both channels are included in NCF pack but not listed.Iam on ncf pack and getting those channels.

I recharged Malayalam DPO 3 via Sunshine center for 6 months.

I added few channels via alacarte but I am unable to view them. Should I call customer service or will it take time to activate?

I resolved the matter with CS team. They activated the channels.
