Still why there's no DBR type packs. I can simply recharge for 20 in Tata Sky and watch for the days it lasts. Why a base pack is mandatory with full amount in this regime.

Bro u can recharge for 25 by going to quick recharge on my sun direct app by selecting amount it's start at 10 RS ,25Rs,50RS,100RS,200RS,500RS.

his point his not about recharge amount, in tatasky if validity expires in two days if he recharges for 20 rs it will extend by two or three days based on per day basis

Once validity expires with 0 balance, we cannot recharge for any amount under a main package price and activate channels.
However, if our validity expiry date is reached with some balance amount in wallet, the channels will continue to be available, SUN will deduce money from our wallet on per day basis according to our running pack and will continue our wallet expires.

Yesterday I recharged my account, but it is not reflecting, still showing previous end date. Recharge was successful and got a message displayed about additional ₹20 added to account then.
What should be done, wait or complaint?

In Sun direct some channels are displaying "E52-32 Searching for signal" and this corresponds to 2 transponders - 12276,12356 are you experiencing this?

I have a question for @amarnathkvk @Chezhiyan @Navi08 @Amarjeet @dinee @WizarD bros. Though I use Sun Direct for many years this problem recently cropped up and can't be solved. I have chosen Bengali Package but still all the Punjabi and Gujarati Pay channels has been activated in my package as Ala Carte without my consent. I have spoken to CC, written email. But everything in vain. What should I do next ? In my family nobody watches Punjabi or Gujarati Channels.

Can someone help me to select a pack having all major telugu GEC channels (gemini+etv+maatv+zee telugu)
Earlier I used to watch with telugu DPO1
But recently sun direct changed the packs and now i m unable to find all the 4 channels in a base pack below 250Rs
As per my understanding I need to use NCF+ telugu jodi bouquet+gemini alacarte for getting all 4 channels below 250Rs
Is there any better way to subscribe

Take telugu dpo1a +telugu jodi mini .you will get all channels bro

Bro as alacrate is activated we cannot do anything till it expires . But recently I have received call from chennai office regarding performance of sundirect. You may also receive shortly escalate to him

Try to nullify your account balance if you have any . I think it will solve your issue
