Guys I need Your Help Regarding Sun direct Recharge
On April 4th One Of my Sun direct Recharge was Ended, Basically I always Recharge with DPO1 with Zeekannada alacart. Totally first I Paid Rs 250 through Phonepe and tried to activate the packs in Sundirect app But it showed Something Failed activity , So i waited till afternoon and Verified Whether the channels coming or not & the Packs didn't got activated.
My Bad Again I Recharged with Kannada DPO1 pack in sun direct app through Phonepe then the packs got activated.
But here the issue is What happens to my First Recharge means Rs 250& the total balance Deducted is Rs450. How to get my Money back or Can that extra Amount which i have paid used for next Recharge ?
Called customer care so many times But they are not responding & online chat is also not available.
 
Changed base pack of sun direct and recharged. Old Pack - NCF + Ala cartes
New Pack - Bengali DPO 1 + few selective HD Channels.
HD Channels I added: Star Jalsha HD / Jalsha Movies HD / Zee Bangla HD / Colors Bangla HD / Star Sports 1 Hindi HD. Also, I am getting Mazhavil Manorama HD & HD Info Channel for free,though both are useless for my family.
 
Today I observe, DD-Puducherry, LCN 149, Tamil Regional Channel is showing Hindi programmes including Hindi News.
 
I want an immediate help with Sun Direct. Couldn't connect with Customer care. So many times tried. Anyone here working in Sun Direct?
