I want an immediate help with Sun Direct. Couldn't connect with Customer care. So many times tried. Anyone here working in Sun Direct?

I am getting a new channel @LCN 770. PBNS Channel. Is it a new channel? Sun Direct users kindly confirm.

Called customer care so many times But they are not responding & online chat is also not available.

Sun direct dpo packages will activate direct recharge amount , payment through any online payment services Kannada dpo 1 ₹ 220 and ₹ 30 or any amount recharge seperate to add extra channels required if you recharge ₹ 200, 100, 300 balence goes to main balance to sun direct account at present from the main balance customers can take add on channels if dpo ,or ncf pack active status using my sun direct app from the main balance dpo packages can activate retailers using Rbuzz web application and sun direct customer care people

From A long time sundirect Didn't added any telugu channel....... Is there any addition of telugu channels
Compared to other DTH sundirect is providing least Telugu channels (31)

Channels List Is very Low(446) Others are providing Ex.. Airtel(639)
Telugu(36) channels,Malayalam(30), Tamil(38)Among these are the lowest Available channels on Sun DTH
In telugu Less No. OF news channels Are available There is no popular channels like Raj news, Raj Telugu, CVR Channels, Hindudarmam, Ap24, 99tv, Raj Musix,I news, studio one, 1sports, TV 1,VISSA TV, MOST POPULAR VANITHA TV CHANNELS ARE NOT AVAILABLE . But others are providing better channels like Tata Sky providing Telugu channels (55), Tamil(62) ALONG WITH HD.....Pls Add Telugu Channels Along With Other Channels

So many Important channels are pending to add in Sun Direct comparing to other DTH companies,If they not willing to add those channels what will be the future of Sun Direct ? If they going like this Many Sun Direct customers will go to other DTH companies or cable tv Networks!
