I recently buy Sun direct . My box is HSG200.
In which stereo mode working fine but Dolby digital Plus worked for one day only from the second day Dolby digital audio is not working. Any solution....can I replace box ....

All box have some issue, mine has cursor like symbol blinking in all SD channels. Did you notice it? My dealer accepted for exchange, I asked him the same model he said ok but not the entire set only the box alone. I was afraid that it might be old box and said I will contact later. Nowadays every now and then the box freezers, any solution. Not able to change to any channel. Advantage is ncf for that I am staying with sun direct with all troubles.

i installed dish tv also. channel clarity is better than sun direct.channels those are not in sun direct is in dish and iam happy.In sun direct polimer channels not but in dish those are present.All raj tv channels are present.
