It doesn't look like sun outage... because sun outage blocks signal completely but here we can see sun direct logo at the bottom...seems like an internal activity...may be they may upgrade their encoder system

Black screen and only sundirect logo

So, it should be happened for DTH customers as well right! Like Sun TV will show blank screen for all people

But, I don't find any Members reporting this in other DTH section...!!

might be but other DTH are not reported so seems to specific to either sundirect or some serial box Does whoever facing this having same box model number?

Exactly bro even it's not occuring for all sun direct customers at same time

Sun Direct knows how to keep the customers.
They will just change the channel numbers and keep the some channels blank and make the customers to think some new channels will be added.

End of the day nothing will happen

It happened to me with SCV cable in Madurai, black screen on all the channels from 12:30 till 1:30. I was thinking it was some outage at LCO.
