Do a factory reset of the STB to see if that resolves the software download issue.

Sometimes OTA Upgrade errors gets resolved after a factory reset, because the STB might try to start downloading the software again from the beginning.

I want to shift to Sun Direct HD only for I have heard that "I can move my channels and can shift serially all channels according to my need".
Is it true bro?
Is there any discount in multi connection like airtel?
Picture and sound quality of SD and HD channels compared to Airtel?
In which bengali pack Travel XP HD comes in Sun Direct?
