This is the best time for Sun Direct to expand their market. Sun Network has new channels in Marathi, Bengali and Hindi markets. This would definitely benefit Sun Direct. If Sun really needs to reap the full benefits, they should seriously consider adding the popular missing Hindi channels, especially the HD variants very soon. This way they can easily beat DishD2H to become the No.3 DTH brand in India.

Looks like Sun Direct is not Telecasting DD Sports in full screen from many days.and all DTH have removed ABZY Movies. I think channel is Shutdown. It is now not available from Broadcaster End
Also many Channel Expanded EPG info is not available.Just Showing--- (Free . Including there own network channel Sun Neo.

First they should strong in basement (south). Their foundations are already shaken in south especially in Tamilnadu. because now Airtel, Tataplay dominance increases day by day. After regain only they should plan about expansion

Many long time sundirect users changing their dth connection to Airtel and Tataplay. Channels unavailability is the biggest reason for this and also video quality in some sd channels and audio quality in most of the channels are very worst.

But the Only relief for Sundirect users is NCF 59

Audio Quality Worst??. I don't think so. It's Average, it's not too Good and not too bad..
If we come Picture Quality, Some South Channels may have poor Pq. Especially channel which are in 12643 ,12603, 12563 TP.

In Kannada almost all Channel are having Good Pq. Only Suvarna and Suvarna Plus having Bad Pq.May be problem from Broadcaster End

Bangla, Marathi, Hindi Channels are having Very Good Picture Quality.

Yeah it's average but compare to competitors it's worst only. Airtel audio quality is mind blowing. Tataplay audio quality is also good

If we come Picture Quality, Some South Channels may have poor Pq. Especially channel which are in 12643 ,12603, 12563 TP.

But why? That's the question. I also said some sd channels only having poor picture quality. Especially some Tamil, Telugu, kannada, malayalam channels

In Kannada almost all Channel are having Good Pq

Bangla, Marathi, Hindi Channels are having Very Good Picture Quality.

What is the minimum entry point fee to get a new Sub DTH HD connection(everything included)? I mainly watch English content so you could consider me in the ROI category.

Is the NCF really 59 rupees and not 153 rupees?
