I believe that the account access sections of the Sundirect website & app are down, at least from yesterday. I have been trying to login to the website since yesterday evening. Both the Login option & the Quick Recharge option are throwing error messages that say 'Invalid Number', 'Invalid SMC' or just 'Invalid'. I have tried with multiple RMNs & Smart Card Numbers to no avail. The revamped website & app launch has been half baked to say the least 🤦‍♀️

The app does not show my newly added channel.
I re installed the app. Now it says that my ph number is invalid.
While the old app is working just fine.
They should not release untested apps.

Their both old Website and App was user friendly and was easy to use, They Should have improved the old App and Website by Providing the New Option which was introduced in New App.
