Yes brother yesterday all channels black only audio coming now all channels ok my stb also same HS8101,
and picture clarity also not good past three days.
if clarity not improved i will shift other dth in next recharge.
sundth can improve picture clarity then sundth in No1 other than go to the last position custmers can shift to other dth.
 
Hi, Experts..

i need some advice from Experts for sun direct Samsung setup box.

I was used sun direct setup samsung stb S-1091, but last six month i am out of station, so i am not recharged and my account was not active.
Last week first time i am switch on the box and video out working, next day when i am switch on the box there is no video out and screen showing blank, only three red led glowing in box, if i am continusly press manu button also tv is blank only.

This is STB box problem or any problem, How to resolve expert please advice me.

HD channels flickering some times for my HS 8101 HD+ box.(dont know about SD channels.i just watch hd channels and less time)
the flickering is continues for 10-15 mins.then after some time playing normal.(i observed it 2 days back and now also)
before i had HS 3101 model.that box faced freezing problem.
after changing to new box,now flickering problem.
is this problem from Sun direct because of new HEVC channels conversion.
or just problem in HD box?
 
Is there any HD addons for particular category (i.e: sports, English movies, etc.) available in Sun direct except HD prime, ultra addons?
