Their arrangements(graphics,pq) are like a pure gec competing towards Asianet, surya etc. But There is nothing in this channel. Some talk shows, few serials only.Its better for them to convert the channel news oriented like mediaone, Amrita etc.otherwise it will be a junk.

They require more content and reach.
They should make their presence in Asianet, Airtel and TS.
They can make arrangements with some channels to get some movies and film songs.

I don't think they have enough money backup for compete with mainstream channels. As of now they don't have content or movies that of Doordharshan,Jaihind etc.(sorry for off-topic.)
 
Update: The following channels will be exclusively available in Apna and Sapna Packs only for ROI. Zee Bangla Cinema, Zee Sarthak, Zee Yuva.
 
Yesterday tried to activate Zee Bangla Cinema (LCN 631) via Customer Care / Nodal Office by paying RS 15 for one month. But, what I got ? Just see their comedy:



They activated Zee Cinema Hindi, which already was their in my pack and they debited RS 18 for the same. My previous balance was RS 90....

Are they dumbos / stupid people sitting in the customer care ?

I have raised a complaint about the same and they said within 48 hours your money will be refunded.... They also said currently they are having problems in activating Zee Bangla Cinema......

Horrible! Pathetic Customer Care it seems!
 
SUN Direct customer care is like pre-programmed robots from my experience.
A standard set of replies, excuses and promises each time.

I'm surprised that you are asking bro, no need to ask one of the pathetic customer care in dth industry, dropping package or Ala carte is so difficult in sd

Bro i to have exp same problem with sundirect customer care many times still they r lagging very much in customer service
