watching sundirect almost many years in Riyadh Saudi Arabia ,but we lost all the signals for the past 3 to 4 months except 12316 is the only working frequency now .

The HD signals in insat made it worse even with HD receiver we cant receive signals ,also not preferred to watch other dth
any suggestions

since the symbol rate has been changed from 30000 to 32000 ,the signals we couldn't receive it in the middle east , except the 12316 which is still have the SR 30000

sundirect & reliance dth lost a junk of customers in the middle east ,because of that

also the HD signal they have to move to meassat for us to watch it

we cant complain to cc also
