By looking at fb page of sd, very few tagged(I can able to see 2 or 3) and few members answered, BTW all questions are useless most of the comments in fb are
1) Add more channels
2) Price is more or less equal to other dths
3) Waste dth (Bit too harsh)
A good question asked by one member "why sundirect is not answering if customers blaming on channel updates"
Good question they never answer for this :s
I hope sun direct got the answer from this contest and needs to wakeup quickly :nj
Demand for Vijay tv :hd is high :win
