yes, tried and adjusted dish direction twisted lnb too...but no Signal

Call Customer Care and ask them to refresh your Smart Card. If it still doesn't work, may be their technician could visit your home and take a look.

I have called cc,they telling me to exchange old and get new box. My question is why that particular TPs are not receiving signals!...not only in one box but all old model boxes have this issue.

That is because last added two tps are dvbs 4 tps not sure about names but dvb have different configuration

I face same issue & I upgraded my box, now issue revolved
