Seeking Help Sun Direct SD box software in HD BOX HSG200

Dear members,
I have a sundirect HD box model HSG200. but my software is showing as HSG003. So hd channels not supported.
Can I update my software to HD since my box is HD.

How can i upgrade?

May be by mistake they assembled the outer case box with HSG200(HD) for HSG003(SD) Because few HSG003 SD boxes came with HDMI port instead of RCA port. That's why confusion happened. We can't update software manually. It can be update only through OTA by Sun direct.So only thing is you can replace the box if still in warranty period.

Pls check the backside of the box for model number if it is mismatch with front panel model number and bottom side /left or right side sticker in the box then someone has changed the front panel itself.

It is Standard Definition only with a HDMI port
