One reason is there is no space for adding ROi channels.
Till now that channel numbers are not changed
Assamese, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Religious channels.
Even infotainment channels are mixed with news,till now they are not changed ,hope they will change From next week.

Bro 3 digit lcn are enough.416 to 500 are full empty once the lcn alignment completed,we will get idea about it
