Lets have a look in this thread.
Lets see actually in reality how many North Indian Channels does it provides.
Here is a comparison chart.
Now you decide and tell "Sun Direct does not provide North Indian Channels. It only provides South Indian Channels." Is it a myth or a reality ?

1) Sun Direct has the least number of channels in regional bouquets...the total Bengali channels offered by Sun Direct is only 7 (Seven) which is least among all DTH providers...compare this with 17 channels by D2H...this is true for all other non-South regional channel bouquets. :no

2) All 4 channels in "Cinema Club" telecast Southern language movies. :u

3) Its Hindi offering does not include Life OK, Movies OK, Filmy, B4U Movies, Zee Classic.

4) It offers only 4 Hindi News channels : ABP News, NDTV India, CNBC Awaaz & India TV. :nj

5) Additionally, its customer care service is mostly limited to Southern states of India. :dodgy

I agree that it has wonderful English channels (both entertainment & movies) even in the basic packs that is better than anybody else but it is true that...
