Sundirect HD Vs SCV STB

I am currently on SCV diamond pack ( digital STB), with monthly rental of Rs270 whereas i see if pay 20Rs more i.e Rs290 on yearly Rs3500 for tamil value pack HD. I am getting 16 HD channels . why this difference in just Rs20 DTH is cheaper than digital cable??

One of the difference is SD STB you can take anywhere in India and use it whereas SCV stb not

I hope SCV is giving more Tamil channels than Sun direct these are the difference

as a matter of fact, sundirect has better channels than cable.
