Is this offer applicable only to Samsung TV customers with an additional port? CC explains like this and since my TV was not Samsung, refused to accept orders. Any clues ?

Only Samsung TV's bought at any time.
Dishtv also has similar offer, but it is only for tv's bought during the diwali offer.

Hey they are discontinued now, you can buy a new SunDirect connection with STB instead.
