No , I think u r wrong , I am Zee 5 user since last 3 months

I feel now Zee 5 is very User friendly like Hotstar , They recently launched many updates which is more convenient to use.

I don't know about Premium episodes whether it is available before on TV but Now Zee 5 has improved alot

Considering the budget of the Shows like Survivor , Zee never upload it on OTT before TV telecast

If they did early update before TV , it will hugely affect ratings of the show

Zee 5 and voot need to work on system updates. They have lot of bugs. Not talking about 24hrs before TV thing. Even rest it's definitely not user-friendly

Zee5 app is still has a lot to improve comparing other OTT apps like Disney ,prime. I am paying a premium and most of the times before Tv shows are not been uploaded. Leave Survivor show as u said its been a biggy but they should upload other contents on time right since we pay for it. Then,most times newly added movies on first day subtitles won't be available ,next day only they are adding it.
 
Looks like Lakshmi Priya will be also a contestant, (Sister role in Karnan movie)
