Hi, got a message now it says-
Dear d2h customer, videocon announces revised swap charges @Rs.150+ service charge with 6 month warranty.
What does that mean? Any idea? Don't tell me to ask those id*ot cc guys.

I found this info in terms and conditions page of d2h website

Videocon d2h - MDU Frequently Asked Questions

"If the Product was found damaged on delivery/ non-functional at the time of installation, Videocon d2h service engineer shall replace/ swap the damaged Product with a new Product."

i think it is related to exchange of faulty stb with a new one.. and the charges related to it.
