As i see D2H, launching New STB's, New Silly offers, Not Changing LCN's as DishTv....

D2H may stands as different company besides DishTV but uses Dish Contracts....

As Replacing All Customers STB's aligning thier dishes
Costs more than maintaing a separate satellite !!!

I too feel the same. Just same group but different product and offerings like Zing Digital.
