Looks like issue is with Star.. My UK friend told the sky sports UHD channel is smooth and no issue observed.

I suspect star 4k is streamed one, same issues obseved in jiocinema 4k during football world...

1080p 50fps with high bitrate is enough for better pic quality. No need this 4k quality
