Wait for couple of days. Until than subscribe to only channels you watch via missed call numbers. Instead of broadcaster plans. Atm customer support is also helpless.

I am subscribed updated tamil talaiva pack with kalaignar groups channels included and some fta regional packs,fta complimentary pack,fta English News pack,and some ala carte channels,fta basic pack missing in the list.

Currently its only possible to add a new pack or a channel. But moment we do so, all existing channels get dropped [as seen on confirm page]

However, If I want to retain my set of channels, cant add them as the Ala Carte channel list filters out existing subscribed channels.

Will need to wait for few days I think. Till then my pack is frozen in time with old packs.

I think the process is good for those using Tata Play pack, as as they will just replace a new one with old one. For anyone using ala carte channels and broadcaster packs, its complicated.

No. Also faced issue.if proceed choose a new pack to continue there is no drop add modify option.. We can select new pack only. Cant add new add channels and drop any channels from previous pack.

Solution add any bouquet. All old channels even FTA ones drops. Than you get the option back. Also channels are selectable too. Re-added all the channels you want. Portal will work like it was working before.

For secondary connection, everything is fine, all sections is visible & even updated my pack but only my packs, services & channels sections are there for 1st connection.

Edit- All things are working fine now for both connections.
