He TV removed from to 11590 mpeg2 mode

And added on 11510 , with MPEG 4 mode

Plz correct me if wrong

This means they are vacating one to and shifting channel to other to with MPEG 4 trasmission

1 yr ago ne tv was available on tp 11590 so i think he miss understanding that this channel moved
