Those Who Are Not Getting Try This

Go To

Settings - System Settings - System Details - Press 0&1 And Ok

Select Respective LNB And Select GSat Tp-20 Then Ok

Then Look For These Channels
 
Pls check in system settings /details what the bouquet ID and name is, I am sure it’s changed.

Bouquet name is same. On the other side, it seems that Bouquet ID changed.

Then Look For These Channels
Already on GSAT30-TP20 Home but as per your instructions, I re-selected the transponder, still negative results.
 
That’s the issue.

Your bouquet ID has been changed as a result you are not getting the channels.

Pls contact CC and tell them this issue
I'll wait for 1-2 days or I will refresh the account continuously as this issue has occurred before and was fixed after the refresh.

If it is not fixed by itself, then I'll contact Customer Care.
 
@mss bro, can you please check on your connection if HD+1 channels are visible for you now or not as this problem still persists for you?
