Discussion Tata Play needs to work on customer satisfaction over promotion

My Tata Play dish dislocated. I had to pay ₹300 for simply fixing my existing dish without requirement of any extra part. Not only that I had to go through new complicated IVR along with untrained agent. Than again recharge portal is having issue since yesterday. If they charge premium. The need to provide premium experience too.
