Activation: First subscribe to Netflix Combo plan. Then in order to enjoy the Netflix service as part of offer, subscribers need to activate the Netflix service by completing the Netflix activation process. Eligible subscribers will receive instructions on how to activate the Netflix service via email and/or text message.
Eligibility: These combo plans are valid for both new and existing Netflix users but he/she must link it to Tata Play Offer when activating Netflix. Eligible Subscriber will continue to be charged separately for any existing Netflix account until he/she link that account to his/her Offer.
Deactivation: If Eligible Subscriber links an existing Netflix account to his/her Netflix Combo Pack offer, terminating the Offer will not automatically cancel Eligible Subscriber’s Netflix membership, and Netflix will automatically resume charging his/her existing payment method that they have on file once his/her Offer ends. So they have to cancel Netflix subscription via Netflix's website.
If combo pack removed before a month: In case the Netflix Combo Pack subscription of an Eligible Subscriber is dropped during the paid subscription, the Netflix subscription will be terminated at the end of monthly billing cycle of Netflix.
Upgrading Netflix Plan: Any subscriber that wishes to upgrade his Netflix subscription to Netflix Standard or Netflix Premium can do so immediately through web, app or calling Tata Play Customer Care. In such cases, the Eligible Subscriber would be incrementally charged only the differential amount for the rest of the billing period.
