Tata Play Plus settop box unable to allowed add channel more than 50 nos ,regarding this already contacted customer care with chat 2 times and telephonic1 times , but the response is poor, is there anyway to contact senior representatives to fix the issues, please share those details or raise the voice of the issues ...

only 50 favourite channels you can set in this STB.

You can add only 50 fav channels in HD+. Its not a bug or issue.

But old box we can add more than 100 and this box not allowed more than 50,and also difficult remember channels number and important for viewing channels...

only 1 STB of Tata Play supports that . rest all STBs only 50 Favourite channels supported, SD,HD, HD+ .
