How do u do it ?

just down the lnb connecter terminal.. just look like a clock on dish . imagine lnb terminal is hour needle pointer,adjust on position is 6.30 . currentely may be it on 7.00 or 7.30

If software status is showing Idle, you can try manual download. If not, no luck! I think you would need to adjust LNB.
