If software status is showing Idle, you can try manual download. If not, no luck! I think you would need to adjust LNB.

What I don't understand is if the STB does not have settings for the V TPs, how can adjusting the LNB improve the signal. Or is there some other aspect to it?

my be. otherwise . power on the stb by switch not in remote, quick press back button 3 times ,then press

2465 press ok .software will download
