Technician come in 5/4/15 they changed lnb direction to 90* angle

But with V TPs still active, signal problems are still there.

vertical signal ok ..... still all vertical channels shut down

some technicians have edit the polarization horizontal to vertical while lnb adjusting and catching maximum signal in vertical . now these customers cant viewing channels.. may be again change polarization to horizontal , can see low signal level in horizontal tp ........
