Tata Sky Again Using Downscaled HD Feed of Nat Geo People

UPDATE 2: Tata Sky has again started using downscaled HD feed of Nat Geo People and showing it in 16:9 aspect ratio.

UPDATE 1: Now its clear that Tata Sky has again replaced downscaled HD feed of Nat Geo People with its normal SD feed because the channel logo is a little bit above the black bars. HD channels never show black bars. Also the logo is a little bit bigger than previous.

Recently Tata Sky started using downscaled HD feed for Nat Geo People channel:

Till since yesterday Tata Sky has changed its aspect ratio. Previously the channel was showing in 16:9 full screen but since last night they have changed it similar to 4:3 aspect ratio.

Now there are black bars on top and bottom.

Experts please confirm whether its still downscaled HD feed or normal SD feed is back.

If HD & SD r showin same content.. then SD is nothin but downscaled version of HD feed..
