After got tired of talking to CC for 8 days, I started following them in Twitter for this issue. But they are silent.
I contacted CC for the update on latest ticket raised yesterday. They said there is no such ticket. There is only one other ticket is in open which is related to that billing issue (1 rupee difference). When I said please close it since it is fine now. She said I will get update soon.
After 30 minutes, she was able to find the ticket which got created yesterday.
And she told me it got closed saying it is a duplicate of the current open billing ticket. What the hell!
I demanded immediate callback as like I demanded yesterday.
As like yesterday, she also interested to create new ticket only.
After 45 minutes, she transferred the chat to a senior person. Another girl connected to the chat.
But she just listened for 5 mins and asked me if I am still online. When I replied, she said please respond. Otherwise chat will be closed.
I replied I am here only. Then she disconnected the call saying I am not online and no response.
I got an update email for billing issue. I replied to Nodal on top of that email that email and escalated about this CC with screenshot showing timing between my reply and her reply.
And also stated about this package missing issue which is going on for 10 days.
