After getting refunds my due date is 2021 now 😎😍
How did due date increased again from 2021 to 2022 after this above message bro? Please share as it will help fellow members so they can also extend their due date by few months or even a year.

Yes. There was some calculations error on their end when my pack was migrated. It got corrected now and it 2021. It showed 2022 in between. :)

So bro it was 2021 first when you posted this message in the morning, then increased to 2022 in the evening when you mentioned me via PM and again 2021 now? Asking since you posted this post before mentioning 2022 in convo.

How can Tata Sky miscalculate by such a big timeframe. Looks like they are so irresponsible now a days. Unexpected actually.

Mind sharing a screenshot of account statement (blurring private parts) showing all the adjustment logged. That would give us an idea what exactly happened.

Issue was with multi TV LDP refund and HDAF.

The primary refund came in 24hrs while rest didn't. Then multi TV came the next day, then it was adjusted later on so the due dates changes
 
After got tired of talking to CC for 8 days, I started following them in Twitter for this issue. But they are silent.


I contacted CC for the update on latest ticket raised yesterday. They said there is no such ticket. There is only one other ticket is in open which is related to that billing issue (1 rupee difference). When I said please close it since it is fine now. She said I will get update soon.

After 30 minutes, she was able to find the ticket which got created yesterday.
And she told me it got closed saying it is a duplicate of the current open billing ticket. What the hell!

I demanded immediate callback as like I demanded yesterday.
As like yesterday, she also interested to create new ticket only.

After 45 minutes, she transferred the chat to a senior person. Another girl connected to the chat.

But she just listened for 5 mins and asked me if I am still online. When I replied, she said please respond. Otherwise chat will be closed.
I replied I am here only. Then she disconnected the call saying I am not online and no response.


I got an update email for billing issue. I replied to Nodal on top of that email that email and escalated about this CC with screenshot showing timing between my reply and her reply.

And also stated about this package missing issue which is going on for 10 days.

Copied Harit Nagpal, TRAI and Turner.

Now no response from them till now.

Yeah I too doubted like that only bro.

I too faced this situation, in call but not on chat, don't remember the service provider. I promptly identified the plan and started scolding them. After sometime, the call was obviously disconnected. CC and their cheap tricks!! But facing this issue with TS raises eyebrows :unsure:
