NCF was showing as Rs.173 but I don't know how this is getting calculated. Can anyone explain? Sorry that I am not able to find the details myself.

I think u chose 100 pay + 20 fta channels which include in ncf because u pay ncf 153+20 = 173

The count of 100 channels within 153 rupees is including pay channels?

I am talking to CC in another window. As per message he posted, the the count is 100 SD FTA channels..

FTA only. For Pay u need to add Rs 153 + Price of Pay channels/packs

So if I am not selecting 100 FTA channels but only few still I have to pay 153 right? In that case, I don't remember I selected 100 FTA channels in my selection. So not sure how NCF become 173..

NCF can't be 173, it should be 153, 177, 201,224.....

0-100 channels (pay or FTA) = 153
101-120 channels (pay or FTA) = 177

So the NCF is for the channel count based on all my selection. And additionally, if my list includes pay channels or packs, I have to pay for them additionally.

This is my understanding.. Is it correct?
